  • Schedule meetings, co-ordinate calendars and communicate with attendees
  • Take minutes at meetings
  • Attend to travel arrangements and related administration
  • Provide administrative support and coordination with event planning (procurement, RSVPs, communication, assist with hosting, etc.)
  • Provide administrative support to a small team of functional specialists (including finance, fundraising, governance, projects)
  • Manage and maintain a CRM system and share drives
  • Uploading and updating of relevant documentation
  • Provide administrative support with marketing and communication as requested


  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Experience in financial administration (XERO Accounting software will be beneficial)
  • A professional, friendly, and well-groomed personality
  • Excellent interpersonal / communication skills in both English and Afrikaans
  • Excellent organising and planning skills
  • Good computer and numerical skills
  • High level of self-discipline
  • Working remotely, but able to attend meetings and events in the Western Cape and occasionally Gauteng
