  • Actively seek out new business opportunities.
  • Proactively convert occasional business into long-term contractual relationships.
  • Ensure the maintenance of contracts for the business unit.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and budgets.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and leverage technology.
  • Establish and achieve call activity objectives.
  • Identify new potential products and market niches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including production, sales support, estimating, and management.
  • Share knowledge with colleagues and draw on experts to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Advise management about market conditions, brand/product performance, and competition affecting targeted industries.
  • Provide weekly sales reports and track key sales indicators.
  • Study the operations and performance of accounts, analyzing competitive activity.
  • Maintain an industry and account database.
  • Establish and achieve job development objectives
  • Identify and develop new business in the FMCG/retail market.
  • Work within budgets to achieve sustainable sales and profits.
  • Matric Non-negotiable
  • Tertiary Education Highly Advantageous
  • Experience Point-of-Sale & Creative Brand Knowledge
  • Knowledge in Printing Processes & Techniques
  • 3-5 Years Experience in similar role
  • Drivers License & Own Vehicle
  • Proficient in Microsoft Packages
  • R50 000 - R70 000 Cost to Company
