The ideal candidate for the role would be a flexible, self-driven person comfortable with ambiguity and with a very strong can-do attitude. High levels of integrity, maturity and confidentiality are key requirements. The role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented person, with a proven ability to manage various business administrative functions across the full spectrum of responsibilities. This role requires the successful candidate to provide executive-level support on day-to-day deliverables, facilitate smooth operations in the office of the CEO and successfully manage project outcomes/deliverables where applicable and where required.



  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Coordinate and organise meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistics are seamlessly executed.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Administrative Support: Manage the executive's calendar and arrange travel itineraries.


  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • BCom Degree
