  • Establish and improve formal QA processes, ensuring the team follows widely accepted industry best practices.
  • Promote and implement practices for automated testing.
  • Supervise all aspects of quality assurance, including setting standards, applying industry best practices, and creating new tools and processes to meet quality goals.
  • Act as the primary contact for all QA aspects of releases, offering QA services and coordinating both internal and external QA resources.
  • Lead and guide QA team members, while also managing external contract testers.
  • Create and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures, both manually and through automation.
  • Ensure QA practices align with agile methods and processes.
  • Choose testing tools and assets.
  • Enhance testing efficiency for features and identify key areas for test automation.
  • Be part of a squad and allocate a portion of capacity to contribute to delivery within the squad.

  • Preferred degree in BSC/IT or Diploma in Information Technology.
  • Minimum of 6 years’ testing experience with at least 12 months in test automation.
  • Preferably, at least 2 years of financial services experience.
  • Exposure to diverse IT projects using various testing tools and techniques.
  • Preferred qualifications: Testing qualification ISTQB/ISEB.
  • Experience in an agile work environment.
  • Experience working with REST APIs.
