Lead the local HR team, including the Payroll and HR Administrators.

Minimum of 7 years in a similar role, with a exceptional track record of developing a people, safety and performance centric culture.

Duties will include:

Advising and supporting local Management and HR team on all employee and IR issues.

Monitor effectiveness of retention policies and impact on business performance.

Assist in recruitmeny and selection activities and in so required, implement new and innovative recruitment startegies.

Propose HR initiatives that could be implemented to benefit business operations.

Lead and support Management in any disciplinary processes, ensuring legal compliance.

Responsible for sites' Payroll as well as performing audits of data entered.

Mitrefinch TMS essential.

SAGE Micropay experience a plus.
