Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the lodge and spa.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales initiatives.

Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key stakeholders.

Respond to inquiries and requests for proposals (RFPs) in a timely and professional manner.

Coordinate all aspects of events, including weddings, corporate retreats, and special occasions, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.

Collaborate with internal departments, including food and beverage, housekeeping, and spa, to ensure all client needs are met.

Prepare contracts, proposals, and event orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.

Track sales performance and generate regular reports for management.

Proven experience in sales and event coordination within the hospitality industry.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Knowledge of the Stellenbosch hospitality market is preferred.

Valid driver's license and own transportation.

Available to start immediately.

Salary and commission structure.

Between 3 - 5 Years
