A busy Game Lodge with extensive conference and wedding business is looking for an F&B Supervisor to join the team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 (two) years of demonstrative successful experience Food & Beverage Department
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and work as a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent professional references from prior employment required
• Full knowledge of Food & Beverage Department, including Kitchen
• Strong administrative, computer and management skills with the demonstrated ability to make decisions, work independently and generate ideas
• Detail orientated with the ability to multi-task a complex schedule and manage stressful situations
• Demonstrated passion and desire for excellence with strong positive work ethic and team player skills
• Willingness to embrace and promote Monate philosophy and culture
• Excellent interpersonal, guest relation and problem solving skills
• Relevant degree or diplomas
• Excellent human resource and financial skills
• Experience in managing at least 50-60 people
• Proven experience in recruiting and hiring
• Proactive and creative problem solving skills
• Flexibility in schedule to work weekends and overtime
• Good planning skills
• Tact and discretion when dealing with people
• Knowledge of performance management systems
• Awareness and understanding of a variety of cultures
• Valid Drivers licence
