As an Aftermarket Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service to valued customers. Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities to ensure their satisfaction and maintain the Company's reputation for excellence:

Customer Engagement: Engage with our existing aftermarket customers, serving as their trusted point of contact for all their needs.
Sales Initiatives: Visit service-related customers, promoting and selling a range of aftermarket products and spare parts that meet their requirements.
Prospecting New Clients: Embark on cold-calling endeavors to establish connections with potential customers. Present services and aftermarket products in a compelling manner to drive new business growth.
Maintenance Management: Utilize our innovative "Smart link system" to effectively manage preventative maintenance tasks. Ensure our customers' equipment remains in optimal condition.
Administration: Handle administrative tasks, including providing feedback to customers, strategic planning, updating information, and generating insightful reports.

Experience and Qualifications Required:
Experience: You should have a minimum of 5 years' experience within the aftermarket and sales environment, with a focus on the Industrial and Mining industry.
Technical Aptitude: Proficiently identify parts and interpret parts manuals. A solid understanding of mechanical equipment, especially air compressors, generators, and pumps, is advantageous.
Driver's License: Possess a valid code EB driver’s license and be ready to travel to various locations as part of your role.
Tech-Savvy: Demonstrate computer literacy in MS Office and other related software to streamline your work.
Communication: Excellent communication skills are a must, helping you build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
Physical Fitness: As you'll be operating in the mining and related industries, you need to be medically fit for the demands of the job.
Clean Record: No criminal records are essential to ensure our customers' trust and safety.
Advantageous: Prior experience in the mining industry and familiarity with mechanical equipment (air compressors, generators, pumps) will give you an edge.
