Role Purpose/Business Unit

  • To ensure that all contracted KPIs are adhered to within Customer Acquisition Division.
  • To supervise the staff within Customer Acquisition Division to ensure that targets are achieved.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Quality & Processing Times Adherence
  • Pro-actively work to improve existing systems and processes
  • To maintain relationships with customers
  • To supervise the team in order to ensure that targets are met.
  • Ensure service levels are within agreed levels
  • Operational Performance:: Ensure monitoring reports are up-to-date
  • Ensure team performance reviews are done as agreed upon

The Ideal Candidate For This Role Will Have

  • Min of 3 years relevant experience plus 1 year supervisory/team leader experience
  • Matric – essential
  • 3 year related degree or diploma – desired, not essential
