Duties:
- Calculate and process employee wages, bonuses, and deductions.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll distribution.
- Stay updated with payroll laws and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, and other statutory requirements.
- Address and resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues.
- Answer employee queries related to payroll.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
- Record and process financial transactions accurately.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Diploma – Payroll, Accounting or Finance
- Degree - Payroll, Accounting or Finance
Experience:
- 3 Years Payroll, HR, and Accounting experience is a MUST
- Retail exposure would be a huge plus
- Pastel Payroll and IQ Retail (Kerridge) is NB
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency with relevant software systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
