Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development/Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships, and enhancing our market presence in the cryptocurrency space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Develop Opportunities:
    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the cryptocurrency industry.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share and revenue.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including exchanges, payment processors, and blockchain consultants.
    • Negotiate and secure partnerships that align with our company’s strategic objectives.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Work closely with the product development and marketing teams to influence product and service offerings.
    • Formulate go-to-market strategies to maximize reach and impact.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Analyze market dynamics and provide insights to inform decision-making.
    • Monitor competitors and assess competitive positioning.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry, FX, Jewellery or Construction industries.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven track record of establishing and maintaining business relationships.
