Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development/Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships, and enhancing our market presence in the cryptocurrency space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Develop Opportunities:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the cryptocurrency industry.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share and revenue.
- Partnerships and Collaborations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including exchanges, payment processors, and blockchain consultants.
- Negotiate and secure partnerships that align with our company’s strategic objectives.
- Strategic Planning:
- Work closely with the product development and marketing teams to influence product and service offerings.
- Formulate go-to-market strategies to maximize reach and impact.
- Market Analysis:
- Analyze market dynamics and provide insights to inform decision-making.
- Monitor competitors and assess competitive positioning.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry, FX, Jewellery or Construction industries.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of establishing and maintaining business relationships.
