Credit Analyst (Corporate) – Cape Town
A financial services company is seeking a Credit Analyst to join their team in Cape Town. The role involves assessing corporate clients' creditworthiness, managing deals from preparation to post-implementation, and ensuring compliance with credit policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial statements to evaluate profitability, liquidity, and leverage.
• Research industry trends to provide insights for credit decisions.
• Conduct due diligence, including legal reviews and site visits.
• Make recommendations on credit limits, terms, and conditions.
• Support legal processes and assess risks in transaction changes.
• Contribute to credit-related projects and professional development.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• BCom degree with Finance, Accounting, or Mathematics.
• Postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
• At least two to four years of experience in credit risk management (corporate/commercial sector).
• Knowledge of the National Credit Act.
• Valid driver’s license (Code 08) and a clean credit record.
