About the Role:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team on a 3-month contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment and has excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring queries are directed appropriately.
- Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and ordering office supplies.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
