CODE 10 & 14 DRIVERS - 20 NEEDED URGENT

Duties & Responsibilities

• When encountering problems with customer delivery, the driver must report to the Dispatch Manager immediately, i.e. stock shortages, damaged stock, over supply, you will be issued with R 150 monthly airtime for the sole purpose of communication.
• Reporting any & all damages on the vehicle on the log sheet & to the Dispatch Manager
• Completion of GRN for any stock returns, pallet returns including Groplast customers who do not take delivery on pallets, clearly and legibly indicating customer name, product, and quantity.
• Performs any reasonable work-related instruction.

• Daily completion of trip sheet for every trip dispatched, clearly indicating every customer invoice/delivery note and collections from Quality Dept
• Completion of vehicle inspection every morning before vehicle dispatch, physical checks must be done and not take “short cuts” when completing.
• The load must be checked and verified as safe, in full and complying with customer delivery standards.
• Ensure that all invoices for planned routes are in accordance with stock loaded.
• Ensuring that the vehicle you are assigned has a valid license disc on the windscreen and that you notify the Dispatch Manager when the license should be renewed.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Matric
• Warehouse and stock control qualifications (advantageous)
• Valid code 10 Or 14 driver’s license and PDP
• 2 years minimum driving experience
