- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Communicate client feedback and requirements internally to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients and facilitate the transition process.
- Monitor client accounts and track key performance indicators to ensure retention and growth.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the course of client engagements.
- Client liaison experience (preferably one year)
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate varying client needs and preferences.
- Understanding of sales techniques and strategies is a plus.
