Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Consultant based in Johannesburg

The Technical Consultant will provide consult with clients on our WMS solutions.

This involves process analysis AS IS and TO BE. It involves software installation and configuration including SQL coding, and then on site change management, training, implementation and support.

The role also includes some work-from-home flexibility, allowing for a balance of in-office and remote work.

Qualifications

• ? ?Strong Analytical Skills
• ? ?Experience in Consulting roles or at least the ability to communicate well with customers
• ? ?Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• ? ?Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• ? ?Experience in the warehouse management or supply chain industry is a plus
• ? ?Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field is preferred
• ? ?T-SQL proficiency is required
• ? ?Self motivated driven individuals required.
