As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Sales Account Manager to support our clients and ensure they get the most value from our solutions.


The Role:


As a Sales Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their ongoing success with our solutions. You will work closely with the Head of Customer Success to support clients, manage renewals, and identify growth opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who has 2-3 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager and thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for client queries, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
  • Onboarding & Support: Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring they understand how to use our solutions effectively.
  • Proactive Account Management: Regularly check in with clients to monitor their usage, address concerns, and drive engagement.
  • Retention & Renewals: Support contract renewals by ensuring clients see continued value in our solutions.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to introduce additional services or upgrades based on client needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and project teams to align client needs with company offerings.
  • Reporting & Insights: Track key account metrics and client feedback to help improve our services.


What we’re looking for:


  • Experience: 2-3 years as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for building strong relationships and ensuring customer success.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions simply.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to anticipate client needs and proactively provide solutions.
  • Organisation & Attention to Detail: Strong ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, monday.com, and other customer management tools.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience with monday.com: Familiarity with the platform and its capabilities.
  • Sales & Upselling Experience: Ability to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.


Contract Information:

This is a full-time contract role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing their own work equipment, including a laptop, reliable internet connection, and any other tools required to perform their duties effectively.
