Executive Personal Assistant

As the Executive Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth

  • Manage the Head of School’s schedule, meetings, and correspondence
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Head of School and internal/external
  • stakeholders
  • Coordinate and manage events, travel arrangements, and special projects
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and confidential documents
  • Handle administrative tasks with professionalism and efficiency
  • Organize and maintain confidential records, including meeting minutes and taking notes
  • Collaborate internal and external communications, create presentations, newsletters and
  • materials
  • Provide support where needed to the Head
  • Ability to work independently and a willingness to contribute to a dynamic team
  • Ability to build healthy relationships with sta#, students and parents
  • Willing to support, promote and work within the Anglican ethos of the School

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity toolsMinimum 5-10 years’ experience
  • in an Executive Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Relevant qualifications
  • School environment experience will be an advantage
  • Reliable and highly effective in time management, communication and multitasking
  • Financial and HR knowledge
