Job Specification

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, and networking to identify and engage with top talent.

CV Formatting: Prepare candidate CVs in a professional format according to our internal requirements.

Database Management: Maintain and update the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and CRM.

Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between clients and candidates.

Reference Checks: Conduct background and reference checks on shortlisted candidates.

Client Liaison: Assist in understanding client needs and role requirements.

Job Ad Creation: Draft and publish job advertisements on multiple platforms.

Candidate Communication: Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the process.

Talent Pooling: Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for future roles.

New client development: Identify, approach, and onboard new clients

Sales: Promote our recruitment services to potential clients and close new business opportunities.

Requirements

Requirements:

Previous experience in recruitment agency preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Tech-savvy and able to work with recruitment software (e.g., LinkedIn, Zoho).

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.

Self-driven with a passion for helping people find their next opportunity.
