Job description: Core Description
To implement the BCX Risk, including Business Continuity, frameworks and business requirements to minimise risk exposures and optimise business performance.
Key Deliverables / Primary Functions- Contribute towards the development of the strategic plan including the identification of operational milestones that drive the company to achieve its strategic objectives.
- Responsible for the management of strategic, tactical and operational risk identification and mitigation.
- Contribute to development and documentation of BCP.
- Contribute to the management of the annual BCP test plan.
- Follow up on outdated BCPs and anomalies noted in plans.
- Oversee, develop, and maintain training and awareness materials in support of business.
- Contribute towards continuous initiatives to mature the function and embed a risk intelligent culture in the company.
- Design and develop risk dashboards and other tools to support the continuous monitoring of risks.
- Co-ordinate reporting and insights from dashboards for company reporting requirements.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ working experience in a risk management and business continuity environment.
OR
- Seven (7) years working experience in a risk management and business continuity environment.
- Experience in the ICT industry would be advantageous.
