Sales Hunter Profile Specification

Job Title: Sales Hunter for Warehouse Management Solutions

Industry Focus: Logistics, FMCG, and Warehouse Companies

Target Market: Small to Medium-Sized Enterprises

Ideal Background

  • Experience in sales, preferably in enterprise products (ERP) or similar solutions.
  • Proven track record of success in logistics, FMCG, or warehouse management sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify Opportunities: Utilize market research and networking to identify potential clients in the logistics and FMCG sectors.
  • Build Relationships: Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
  • Solution Selling: Present and sell warehouse management solutions tailored to the needs of small to medium-sized logistics and FMCG companies.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies based on market feedback and sales data.

Skills Required

  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of warehouse management systems and their applications in logistics and FMCG.

Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: R40,000 per month.
  • Commission Structure: 10% to 20% of Gross Profit (GP) earned from sales.
