About the Role
The Sales Operations Specialist plays a key role in supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of PowerFleet’s sales organization. This role focuses on streamlining sales processes, managing data accuracy, supporting CRM administration, and assisting with reporting and forecasting efforts.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Operations Director, the Sales Operations Specialist will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to optimize workflows, improve sales productivity, and ensure alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled at leveraging sales tools and analytics to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Process Optimization: Assist in refining and implementing sales processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- CRM & Sales Tool Management: Maintain and update CRM (Salesforce preferred), CPQ, and engagement platforms, ensuring data accuracy and supporting user adoption.
- Sales Reporting & Analytics: Generate reports and dashboards to provide visibility into sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasting.
- Lead Management & Pipeline Support: Assist with lead assignment, tracking, and pipeline hygiene to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to align operational activities and reporting needs.
- Administrative Support: Assist with sales-related administrative tasks, including contract tracking, deal approvals, and compliance checks.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role in a B2B environment.
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales enablement tools.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, reporting, and data analysis.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English required, including strong verbal and written communication skills.
