Key Responsibilities:

Support strategic projects through research, analysis, and insight development

Conduct market scans, competitor benchmarking, and desk research

Assist in developing presentations, reports, and deliverables for client engagements

Collaborate with internal teams to explore growth opportunities, new business models, and innovation ideas

Help build business cases and financial models with support from senior team members

Participate in client meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions

Contribute to the development of thought leadership and internal knowledge sharing

Stay on top of emerging trends in technology, industry shifts, and market disruptions

Skills Required:

Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability

Ability to synthesise research and data into clear insights

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail and high-quality output

Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

Good to Have:

Experience working on case studies or university projects related to business strategy

Participation in innovation challenges, hackathons, or entrepreneurship programmes

Familiarity with design thinking, customer journey mapping, or basic financial modelling

Must Have Experience:

1–2 years of work experience, ideally in consulting, corporate strategy, or a fast-paced analytical role

Exposure to strategy development, business analysis, or innovation-related work (internships count!)

Undergraduate degree with strong academic results (Honours preferred)
