Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager for Glovent Solutions should be a versatile, full-stack marketer with a strong strategic mindset and hands-on execution skills. This role is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of Glovent’s marketing efforts—ranging from brand strategy and digital marketing to traditional marketing, content creation, campaign management, and event coordination.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in strengthening the Glovent brand, driving lead generation, and supporting client engagement across multiple touchpoints. Strong project management abilities, a data-driven approach, and a deep understanding of B2B marketing channels are essential for success in this role.
The Company expects the Marketing Manager to fulfil, amongst others, the following:
Marketing Planning
Create, manage and implement yearly marketing plan, strategy, competitor analysis and budget
Monitor, measure, and report on marketing performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta etc.
Brand Management
Oversee brand management and ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms
Manage and evolve the Glovent brand identity, tone, and visual consistency across all platforms and touchpoints
Digital Marketing Material
Design marketing material like brochures, presentations, information sheets, and one pager’s
Create companywide email signatures
Client Case studies and testimonials
Design video clips on product features
Create general user guides on all features
Create personalised user guides for white-label clientele
Digital Marketing Channels
Manage multi-channel campaigns
Create and oversee content production
Design and create compelling and targeted social media posts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram etc.)
Maintain and enhance paid advertising and bidding strategy (Google AdWords)
Manage and enhance SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
Manage company website(s) development & maintenance (WIX)
Create and maintain landing pages per product / feature (WIX)
Communication and PR
Write articles and blogs for press releases and website news
Client communication on product improvements, new features, and existing products
Coordinate with the team on communication for system maintenance
Design banners with links to boost advertising on the Glovent mobile app
Other marketing activities
Create and manage internal and external webinars, exhibitions etc.
Manage and coordinate industry events, launch days, golf days etc.
Manage corporate-wear, office branding and printed marketing materials (e.g. brochures)
Ensure all marketing material like gazebos, pop-up banners, and flags are maintained and up to date.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing with business goals
Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging tools or tactics to keep Glovent ahead
Requirements
5+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in tech, SaaS, or B2B
Managerial experience would be an advantage but not required
Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field
Proven experience in brand management and full-funnel marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and email marketing
Excellent content creation and copywriting skills
Proven experience in designing marketing material (CANVA, Adobe etc.)
Data-driven with experience in marketing analytics and reporting (Google Analytics)
Basic website development and maintenance skills (WIX)
Strong organizational and project management skills
Other requirements
Own Car and valid driver’s licence
Excellent English and Afrikaans written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently
