5. Shipping and Dispatch

• Load outgoing shipments and ensure items match delivery orders.

• Work with couriers or transport teams for timely dispatch.

• Prepare necessary shipping documents.

6. Equipment Operation

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment safely.

• Perform basic equipment checks and report any maintenance issues.

7. Safety and Compliance

• Follow workplace safety guidelines and procedures.

• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations.

8. Communication and Teamwork

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets.

• Report issues or delays to supervisors or warehouse managers.

• Assist in training new staff when needed.
