Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude, assist with inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Read the day's newspaper, browse news media information, and conduct assignment market research to collect market information.
- Answer and direct calls, take messages, and respond to emails in a timely and courteous manner.
- Manage mail and deliveries, and assist with office supplies, equipment, and contact for office-related inquiries
- Help with scheduling meetings, file achievement, and basic office tasks as needed.
- Maintain office records, databases, and filing systems.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Manager, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
- Proficient in all types of information search channels and able to use web search tools flexibly and efficiently for information retrieval.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
