People Management
The Senior Human Resources Administrator is responsible for the functional day to day management of the Human Resources Administrators. They co-ordinate HR functions in such a manner that they ensure all team members are working effectively and able to deliver tasks timeously.
HR Administration
This role is expected to provide advice, assistance and follow-up on queries relating to company policies, procedures and HR documentation. The Senior Human Resources Administrator is expected to recommend, develop and maintain human resource databases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems.
Recruitment and Selection
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner manages and co-ordinates the full recruitment function which includes but is not limited to application review, interviewing and onboarding.
Performance consulting
They perform first line performance consulting when required and respond to enquiries from employees and line management as appropriate in each situation.
