Regional Technical Services Manager

Core Responsibilities
  • Develop procedures and workflows
  • Develop and Review Standard Operating Procedures, workflows and quality systems, annually.
  • Improve systems, workflow and efficiencies
  • Innovative improvements to systems and workflow to suit evolving customer needs.
  • Weekly as well as monthly reinforcement of SOP's and SLA's through training sessions, e-mail reminders and intranet publications.
  • Compile customer/staff feedback and formulate solutions to improve customer experience on quarterly basis.

Increase customer satisfaction and effective service

  • Manage services provided to customers by allocated team members ensuring professional interaction at all times and adherence to relevant SOP's & SLA's
  • To deliver an efficient and effective service to both internal and external clients at all times
  • Respond to daily escalated customer queries and resolve efficiently or escalate further where needed

Personal Development

  • Meet the requirements of the agreed personal development plan and report progress as per agreed review dates.

    Qualifications & Experience
    Matric is required or NQF level 4

    3-4 years of experience
