Responsibilities
- Generating new business (Calling on Independent Brokers / Insurance Call Centres) - you will not be selling insurance products
- Sales and relationship building
- Follow up on leads and close deals
- Adopt the key interface role between the customer and the company by providing exceptional customer service throughout the relationship
- Matric
- At least 3-5 years external commercial insurance sales and new business development experience (not in a call centre)
- Strong Relationship Management Skills
- Strong Business Acumen with a focus on customer relations in the Insurance industry
- High level of EQ with strong negotiation skills
- Applied Excel at Intermediate Level
- Valid Drivers licence (not negotiable)
