MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
Custodian for ensuring competence within the context of the legislative environment and MCSA strategy as aligned with the HR Service Delivery Model.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION
Degree in General Nursing Science and Psyciatry
DESIRED EDUCATION
Post graduate qualification in nursing education and administration
Required Experience
ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
At least 2 years experience as a Professional Nurse practitioner in a hospital environment
Desired Experience
Learning and development experience within the private healthcare environment
Required Job Skills And Knowledge

- Advocate of learning culture
- Manage employee development in a planned manner in accordance to training goals and objectives
- Manage formal students
- Act as custodian of learning and development standards of the locality
- Enable transformation through learning and development
- Identify, report and investigate mental healt care user (MHCU) safety-related near-misses, adverse incidents, deaths and complaints in accordance with approved Patient Safety and Quality Improvement methods
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION
Degree in General Nursing Science and Psyciatry

Required Experience
