- Qualified millwright Artisan (Electrical and Mechanical)
- Minimum 5 years work experience after trade (post apprentice / learner ship)
- Sound interpersonal communication skills,
- Machine specific technical knowledge and skills,
- Maintenance and repair management (theory and practical)
- Problem solving and analysis, Customer relationship
