Role responsibilities:
- Run month end processes on our ERP system (Vantage Point)
- Produce monthly Profit & Loss and Balance sheet reports, analyse and explain variances
- Review and approve journals monthly
- Draft, implement and maintain finance policies and procedure
- Assist with administration of the budget process and system.
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations including intercompany loans
- Fixed asset register system improvements and reconciliation review
- BCom (Accounting) or similar
- At least 4 years’ experience in similar role
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain working relationships
- Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks
- Passion for technology and systems
- Extreme attention to detail
- Advanced Excel (essential)
- Deltek Vantagepoint (advantageous)
- Prophix (advantageous)
- PowerBI (advantageous)
