Introduction
The main purpose of the Time and Attendance Analyst will be to - determine the optimal deployment of people resources across Manufacturing Plants and Distribution Centres by job, shift, day, week and month. The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a resource model for each site that forecasts the optimal human resource requirements in line with planned production and distribution activities for the coming period. This individual will have to use data to identify trends and measure the effective usage of human resources within each business unit against best practice.
The goal is to help the organisation to predict activity and match the resource requirements more accurately to support effective use of the workforce and minimize costs.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Effective modelling and forecasting of human resource requirements in line with planned production and distribution activity. Collaboration with Distribution Centres and Production Plants to ensure optimal people deployment and execution
- Manage Key Performance Indicators across all sites relating to best practice Resource Management and Deployment
- Direct oversite from the centre to ensure business units manage staff effectively by controlling overtime, allowances, and 3rd party resources
- Manage the time and attendance system for accurate reporting and payroll submissions
- Analytical and investigations

- BCom/Diploma in Supply Chain, Data analytics or Industrial Engineering qualification
- 1-3 Years analytical experience
