Qualifications/Experience

Bachelor’s degree in project management, Engineering, Business Administration, Law or a related field. (NQF level - 7).Minimum 8 years of experience in project coordination or management within the infrastructure, construction, or engineering secto
- rs.Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirab
- le.Proven track record of supporting project teams to deliver within scope, time, and budg
- et.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and MS Office Sui
- te.Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologi

- ects.Collaborate with project managers to resolve scheduling or resource conflicts and support risk mitigation plan
- ning.Monitor project progress, identify any deviations from the plan, and work with the project manager to address any is

Communication and Rep - ortingMaintain and update project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and re
- ports.Drive effective communication flow between internal teams, project managers, external vendors, and stakeho
- lders.Oversee the development and maintenance of all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with PMO stan
- dards.Consolidate status reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for senior leadership and project spo
