Main Purpose
Maskew Miller Learning is seeking to appoint a dynamic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst. We’re looking for a candidate with a solid background in Supply Chain and/or Data Analytics, and a proven ability to apply data insights in an operational setting. This role will report to the head of product operations.
The purpose of this role is to support the achievement of service excellence, cost efficiency, continuous improvement and service innovation in the Supply Chain through ongoing analysis of costs, processes and the performance of third-party service providers.
The goal is to gain a full understanding of the customer experience, and to improve efficiency and accuracy in the service delivery to the customer.
