Deal to the established policies and procedures of Table Mountain Casino including the handling of cash, chips and cards. Accurately pay, take player wagers, and maintain a stable game pace.

Responsibilities

• To deal any games assigned.
• Accurately pay and take player wagers while maintaining a stable game pace.
• Protect the assets of the Casino as assigned by Table Games Policy and Procedures.
• Promote excellent guest service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required, unless otherwise waived by Human Resources Management.
• Candidate must pass dealer audition to qualify for the position.
• Previous dealing experience preferred.
• Requires basic math and reading skills, and excellent guest service skills.
  
  

Must be able to work Nights, Weekends, and Holidays
