We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager / Internal Recruitment Manager to lead the charge in hiring our people. Not for clients. For us. This is the rare internal role that still feels commercial, creative, and full of freedom.

What You'll Actually Do (No BS):
- Own our internal hiring across EMEA (and support global hires too).
- Build pipelines of smart, gritty, weirdly wonderful people who make things happen.
- Tell our story in a way that stops people mid-scroll and makes them think: “Damn, I want to work there.”
- Run end-to-end hiring—from sourcing to offer to onboarding.
- Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and raise the bar with every new hire.
- Drive culture-forward recruitment that balances performance, purpose, and personality.
You Might Be a Fit If You:
- Have 3–6 years of recruitment experience (agency, in-house, RPO—we don’t care as long as you can deliver).
- Know your way around EMEA hiring markets.
- Don’t just recruit—you sell the story.
- Get energized by people, systems, content, and building something from scratch.
- Think fast, act faster, and laugh at the chaos in between.
- Know that humour and hustle are not mutually exclusive.
- Hate vanilla job ads like the one you're not reading right now.
