Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare facilities and professionals, ensuring their staffing needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and service excellence.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and support the customer service team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
  • Monitor team workloads, ensuring efficient allocation of tasks and adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Service Delivery & Problem Resolution:
  • Oversee the end-to-end service delivery process, ensuring timely placement of healthcare professionals.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues related to staffing assignments, ensuring minimal disruption for clients and candidates.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Continuously evaluate and improve customer service processes and systems to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Implement best practices to streamline operations and maintain high-quality service standards.
  • Reporting & Insights:
  • Provide regular reports and insights on client satisfaction, service metrics, and team performance to senior management.
