Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare facilities and professionals, ensuring their staffing needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and service excellence.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and support the customer service team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
- Monitor team workloads, ensuring efficient allocation of tasks and adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Service Delivery & Problem Resolution:
- Oversee the end-to-end service delivery process, ensuring timely placement of healthcare professionals.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues related to staffing assignments, ensuring minimal disruption for clients and candidates.
- Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and improve customer service processes and systems to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Implement best practices to streamline operations and maintain high-quality service standards.
- Reporting & Insights:
- Provide regular reports and insights on client satisfaction, service metrics, and team performance to senior management.
- Identify trends, feedback, and opportunities for service enhancements.
