JobDescription/Responsibilities:

ALeadSalesforceDeveloper,providesSalesforcesolutionsthatefficientlyandeffectivelysolvecomplexbusinesscapabilitiesandtranslatebusinessrequirementsintoSalesforcesolutionsthatbestleveragetheSalesforceplatformsandproducts.

Has experience with rewards/loyalty programs: Worked on systems related to:

    • Customer loyalty programs (like points, tiers, or membership levels)
    • Employee incentive or rewards systems
    • Integrations with third-party rewards platforms (e.g., gift cards, partner APIs)
    • Tracking and reporting rewards-related data in Salesforce (like how many points a customer has, redemptions, etc.)
This kind of experience is valuable in industries like retail, e-commerce, travel, or employee engagement platforms, where rewards systems are common.

Collaborativelyworkswithinsquadsduringdesign&delivery.

  • Leadthedesignandhands-ondevelopmentofSalesforceapplications,ensuringhigh-qualitysolutionstailoredtobankingneeds.
  • ActivelydevelopcustomApexclasses,triggers,LightningWebComponents(LWC),andSalesforceintegrations.
  • ProvidetechnicalleadershiptoateamofSalesforcedevelopersandconductcodereviews.
  • Developandmaintainintegrationswithbankingsystemsandthird-partytoolsusingREST,SOAP,andmiddlewaresolutions.
  • Collaboratewithstakeholderstoanalyzeandtranslatebusinessrequirementsintotechnicaldesigns.
  • ManageSalesforceenvironments,includingsandboxsetup,deployments,andsystemoptimization.
  • EnsurecompliancewithbankingregulationsandsecuritystandardsinallSalesforceimplementations.
  • Overseedatamodelling,workflows,automationprocesses,andaccesscontrolsinSalesforce.

Backgroundandexperiencerequired:

  • Yearsofexperience:7+
  • Industryexperience:5+
  • Bachelor’sdegreeininformationtechnologies/computerscience,Engineering/science,orarelatedfield.
  • SalesforcecertificationssuchasSalesforcePlatformDeveloperI/IIorSalesforceSystemArchitect(preferred).
  • Minimumof5-7yearsofhands-onSalesforcedevelopmentexperience,withatleast2yearsinaleadershiprole.
  • ExpertiseinSalesforcetechnologies,includingApex,Aura,LightningWebComponents(LWC),SOQL/SOSL,andSalesforceAPIs.
  • ProvenexperienceintegratingSalesforcewithexternalsystems,preferablyinabankingorfinancialservicesenvironment.
  • FamiliaritywithDevOpstoolsandCI/CDpracticesforSalesforcedeployments.ExperienceinBranchingandmergingstrategies.
  • Experienceworkingwithinregulatedindustriessuchasbankingorfinance(preferred).
