Continous Improvement - In Service Trainee
Responsibility
The student must have no formal work experience and be a recent student or in their final year of study. Role Summary:
As an in-service trainee, your responsibilities include shadowing various staff members, participating in learning experiences, attending meetings, and workshops. Your role includes a combination of practical hands-on work and theoretical learning, focusing on developing and applying industrial engineering principles in a real-world setting. This role supports production, engineering, and operations overall, providing technical assistance, developing documentation, and contributing to Continuous Improvement Maturity on-site.

- Matric / Grade 12
- Studying towards a qualification in Engineering / Management / Science Technology where there is a requirement to gain workplace experience in order to obtain formal qualification.
