Join Cape Union Mart’s Business Intelligence team as a Senior Developer and help us build smart, scalable, business-driven solutions using Oracle APEX and Microsoft SQL.

Build and maintain custom apps in Oracle APEX

Design efficient data pipelines and backend processes

Translate business needs into beautiful, functional tech

Mentor junior devs and elevate our BI standards

Work with Business Analysts to bring insights to life

Keep it clean, secure, and documented

5+ years in full-stack dev (Oracle APEX a must)

PL/SQL, MS SQL Server, and data integration mastery

Strong skills in Python & reporting tools like Power BI

GIT source control experience

Passion for clean code and scalable design

Degree in IT, Info Systems, or similar

Retail experience

Familiarity with Oracle Analytics Cloud
