We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate division at Marsh. This role will be based in Ssndton, hybrid and has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:
- Daily interaction with clients regarding claims, underwriting and renewals
- Ensure claims, underwriting and technical delivery standards are implemented and maintained
- Ensure renewals are done timeously
- Ensure premium collection according to regulatory requirements
- Client retention
- New Business development
- Cross sell opportunities:
- Ensure all products and services available within Marsh Africa are marketed to the client as appropriate
- Keep abreast with the insurance markets (local)
- Fostering of sound working relationships with other functional business units.
- Familiarity and compliance with all company policies, statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Minimum 5-year appropriate experience in the Corporate sales and client service environment and a results driven mindset
- FSCA recognised qualification
- FAIS fit and proper
- Corporate Insurance Brokerage experience
- Presentation & negotiation skills
- Valid driver’s licence and a car
- Problem solving, effective planning & organising skills
- Robust administration & self-management skills
