Customer support for RIBSA software Products, through the Portals, emails and telephonic enquiries, and after hours support.

Job Title: Customer Care Consultant
Location: Centurion, South Africa
Employment Type: Full-time
The job
Customer support for RIBSA software Products, through the Portals, emails and telephonic enquiries, and after hours support.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering all customer support calls, this will involve assisting with the out of business hours support rota for high priority issues
- Responding to customer support emails
- Responsibility for ticket resolution
- Provide industry advice on how to solve real world QS/Estimating/Construction Management challenges so customers can get the very best out of the software
- Support customers from any region, working with colleagues in the global RIB Customer Care team
- Construction Industry experience (minimum 2 years)
- Use of Candy software (minimum 2 years full time)
- Understanding of Candy Estimating, Valuation & Planning
- Construction related qualifications (Building Science, Construction management, Quantity Surveying)
- Ability to prioritise, organise and manage workload from start through to the desired result within the closing off cases by COB
- Ability to conceptualise and think creatively as well as impart the vision to others
- Ability to analyse data or processes to extract relevant information or disseminate & correlate data, resulting in effective reporting or research
- Ability to remain cool under pressure and handle stress
