- Vetting and verifying of customer KYC documentation through the prescribed by FICA Standard Operating Procedures
- Report any form of suspicion when dealing with any customer in the form of fraudulent documents and unusual behaviour in respect of the documentation received or the process
- Ensure Documents are timeously vetted, and account statuses updated accordingly.
- Ensure good customer service principles are displayed in dealing with customers documentation and efficient turnaround times regarding account queries related to FICA.
- Tracking, reporting and analysis of the above listed functions.
- Adhere to SLAs in terms of FICA processes via uploads & email verification.
- Process contact-centre queries within the required SLA’s
- Apply knowledge and understanding of Financial Intelligence Centre Amendment Act (FICA)
- Identify problem areas and ensure corrective action is taken investigating occurrences of KYC non-compliance.
- Ensuring the execution of all functions and tasks allocated are completed within the required SLA.
- Assisting with administrative tasks relative to the ad-hoc operations as assigned by management.
