Enrolled Nurse - NICU / AICU - Experienced

As the leading medical recruitment agency in South Africa, our client has an exciting opportunity for an Enrolled Nurse - NICU / AICU, based at a private hospital in Tableview, Cape Town. The EN is to deliver expert nursing care to critically ill patients with intricate medical needs. With a focus on vigilant monitoring, administering medications, coordinating interdisciplinary care, and implementing advanced life support techniques, the nurse strives to achieve optimal patient outcomes and facilitate recovery within the challenging environment of the ward.

Responsibilities

• Conduct basic duties as allocated.
• Deliver quality nursing care to patients according to Scope of Practice
• Maintain sound professional relationships with all patients, doctors and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Comply with all Health, Safety and Infection Control Policies
• Supervise subordinates and provide guidance where necessary
  
  

Requirements:

• Registered with SANC as an Enrolled Nurse
• Previous ward experience of at least one year in either NICU / AICU
• Willing to work flexi hours - hospital shifts
  
  

Location: Tableview, Cape Town
