Join our team in Cape Town as a Senior IT Engineer and play a pivotal role in establishing and scaling the IT infrastructure for our newly expanding contact centre. This on-site position demands a proactive and innovative leader who is adept at setting up systems from the ground up, ensuring robust functionality and scalability to support all operational aspects of our fast-growing organization. You will lead hands-on efforts with advanced IT systems, manage comprehensive installations, and oversee the strategic deployment of IT resources. Your leadership will directly enhance our technological capabilities, ensuring seamless and efficient IT services that propel our business forward.

• Have you built IT infrastructure from the ground up in fast-paced environments?
• Are you confident managing Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and SharePoint?
• Do you have hands-on experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell or SCCM?
• Can you manage IT security practices and platforms like Service Now?

Requirements

• Extensive experience in IT infrastructure management and technical support within a BPO or similar environment
• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office 365 administration, Azure, Intune, and SharePoint
• Strong skills in scripting and automation using PowerShell or SCCM
• Proficient in managing IT security measures and IT service platforms like Service Now
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of leading projects and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
