The AKQA Performance Team’s purpose is to create a better future through the imaginative application of art and science. We work with our clients to understand their specific marketing objectives, whether these are brand awareness, consideration or conversion, and create and implement tailored media strategies that deliver real business results.
Joining the AKQA Performance Team, the Campaign Manager will play a crucial role in crafting and executing innovative media strategies that align with our clients' unique marketing objectives, from enhancing brand awareness to boosting conversion rates. This position requires a blend of creativity and analytical prowess to optimise media campaigns across diverse digital platforms and maintain robust client communications.
You are an excellent communicator, able to manage client relationships effectively and provide commentary and advice on digital media campaigns when asked. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy a varied work day, working on a number of tasks from various clients throughout the day. You embrace change positively, and always display a solution-oriented attitude.

Role Requirements
- Strategically manage media planning, execution, and budget allocations.
- Supervise, train, and develop the media team, ensuring high performance and adherence to best practices.
- Evaluate media strategies and campaign performances, making informed suggestions for future initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all administrative procedures, from client setup to budget management.
- Present strategic recommendations and detailed reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Act as a resource for the resolution of complex issues and provide minimal supervision in project execution.
- Lead campaign setup and optimization efforts across various digital platforms such as Google Ads, DV360, and social media channels, meeting agreed-upon KPIs.
- Maintain strong, effective relationships with clients, offering strategic advice and timely updates on digital media campaigns.
- Experience in media planning, with a strong background in digital/interactive media.
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a media-focused team.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
- Highly analytical with a capacity to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
- Proficient in a variety of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and others.
