Professional Experience
- A minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in financial planning, covering all FAIS product categories for Financial Advice. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, compliance frameworks, and estate planning.
- Proven experience in leading a team of financial advisors, driving sales performance, training, and professional development, while ensuring adherence to financial planning best practices.
- Skilled in stakeholders management, providing expert input, and managing relationships across internal and external networks, including product suppliers, branches, and regulatory bodies.
- Ability to analyse the regional client base, identify growth opportunities, and allocate resources effectively to meet sales and revenue targets while ensuring alignment with financial advice value propositions.
- Expertise in workforce planning, portfolio allocation, and compliance oversight, ensuring that all financial advisers maintain the necessary qualifications, training, and regulatory adherence (FAIS, KYC, risk, and compliance).
