Your Role

  • Assisting Client Liaison Personal with all Administrative duties
  • Follow Standard operation procedures.
  • Compile quotations and Invoices
  • Logging and updating information on demand
  • General Administrative functions
  • Client file organisation and maintenance
  • Data Capturing
  • Compiling Job Cards

To Thrive In This Role You Need

  • At least a Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (E-mail, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Sound administrative, financial and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal; writing; and presentation skills.
  • Be able to function well under high pressure
  • Task/ Goal Driven
  • Great time management skills
  • Professional working proficiency of the English Language
  • Positive attitude and attention to detail
  • Good communication etiquette and client relationship skills
  • Problem solver
  • Use your own initiative
  • Work well in a team
  • Be between the ages of 24-45

Advantageous

  • Administrative Qualification
  • Have knowledge of Wildlife and the Hunting Industry
  • Valid code 8 driver's license and own vehicle - not compulsory
