- Assisting Client Liaison Personal with all Administrative duties
- Follow Standard operation procedures.
- Compile quotations and Invoices
- Logging and updating information on demand
- General Administrative functions
- Client file organisation and maintenance
- Data Capturing
- Compiling Job Cards
- At least a Grade 12 (Matric)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (E-mail, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Sound administrative, financial and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal; writing; and presentation skills.
- Be able to function well under high pressure
- Task/ Goal Driven
- Great time management skills
- Professional working proficiency of the English Language
- Positive attitude and attention to detail
- Good communication etiquette and client relationship skills
- Problem solver
- Use your own initiative
- Work well in a team
- Be between the ages of 24-45
- Administrative Qualification
- Have knowledge of Wildlife and the Hunting Industry
- Valid code 8 driver's license and own vehicle - not compulsory
- Strong Admin Skills
- Excellent Computer knowledge
- Attention to detail
- Good time management
- good team player

- 2 to 5 years
- Grade 12 / Matric
