Your Role

  • Upholding a high correspondence standard with South African clients both on email, telephonically and in person.
  • Manage team of Client Liasons
  • Dealing with dealing with client queries
  • Follow Standard operation procedures.
  • Logging and updating information on demand
  • Discuss and assist clients with order particulars
  • General Administrative functions
  • You will need to attend shows to market Company and Products
